WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY - KINALI

1. SCOPE OF THE WARRANTY In accordance with Law 45 of 2007, we guarantee the quality and integrity of our products. This exchange and return policy applies exclusively to products that have manufacturing defects or hidden defects that compromise their consumption or safety.

We do not accept exchanges or returns for:

  • Dissatisfaction with the taste, texture, or solubility (consumer subjectivity).
  • Customer errors in selecting the product (incorrect flavor or size).
  • Opened products whose security seal has been removed (unless the defect is internal and verifiable).
  • Improper handling or storage by the customer (humidity, heat, etc.).

2. VALID GROUNDS FOR A CLAIM (MANUFACTURING DEFECT) A product will be considered defective and eligible for exchange or return only in the following cases:

  • Security seal broken or missing at the time of delivery/purchase.
  • Product is expired or has a tampered expiration date.
  • Presence of foreign objects, internal moisture (solid lumps due to air infiltration), or visible contamination upon opening the container.
  • Primary packaging (can or bag) is broken or collapsed, exposing the contents.

3. PROCEDURE AND TIMELINES To activate the warranty, the customer must:

  1. Present the original purchase receipt 
  2. File the claim within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  3. Return the product with at least 80% of its contents remaining 

4. RESOLUTION Once the manufacturing defect has been verified, we will immediately replace the product with an identical item in good condition. A refund will only be issued if the item is out of stock
